Refund policy

At Distrixt18, we inspect all products prior to shipment to ensure precision and quality. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or mismatched to your order. To start your return, contact us within the first 30 days of receiving your order at info@distrixt18.com or here.

You will be notified upon inspection of your return if it was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued with a replacement or gift voucher.

DISTRIXT18 reserves the right to reject returns due to:

• Change of mind
• Misuse/care of the product that contributed to the problem
• Custom manufacturing against our jeweller's advice
• Incorrect sizing against our sizing advice

To resolve your pending query, please include as much information as possible.

We kindly as you provide any photos and/or videos to support your claims. This will allow our customer support team to handle your concern efficiently.

• Restocking fee of 20% will be deducted
